Our adoption process
Three simple steps from first look to homecoming.

Browse & choose your puppy
Explore our available Golden Retriever puppies and find the one that captures your heart. Each puppy has detailed information, photos and pricing to help you choose the perfect companion for your family.

Fill out the order form
Once you've selected your desired puppy, simply complete the order form located below the puppy's profile. Provide your contact details and any necessary information so our team can begin processing your request.
- 03
Confirmation & pickup or delivery
After we review your order, we contact you to confirm availability and finalise the details of your puppy. Soon after, your new Golden Retriever companion will be ready to join your home and start a lifetime of memories. 🐾
Planning to visit us? A quick note before you come 🐾
To reserve your spot for a visit and adoption, we kindly ask for a 40% deposit upfront as part of our booking policy. This secures your puppy for you and helps us prepare everything for your arrival and it goes directly toward the adoption fee. Once you're ready, we'll happily guide you through the next steps.

Pickup & travel
Pickup at the kennel
Meet the litter, spend an hour with your puppy and drive home the same day. Included.
Ground delivery
Door to door in a climate controlled vehicle within a day's drive. Quoted by distance.
Flight nanny
Your puppy travels in-cabin with a dedicated handler and is handed to you at arrivals.
